Injuries When Falling From A Ladder

Accidents can occur at construction sites where workers are seriously injured due to falls from a ladder or any other type of elevation. Construction site type work is very dangerous, especially if the job being performed is from a height. The Labor Law of the state of New York protects injured workers who have fallen from height. Often times construction injuries do involve falling from a ladder. It’s very important to get a photograph of the ladder that you fell from if that is possible so that the attorney knows and can see the type of ladder that the worker fell from.

Even if you believe that you may have caused or contributed to the fall from the ladder, you may still have a case that you could successfully receive a monetary recovery.   Unless you solely caused your own accident in its entirety, the Labor Law will protect you being that you fell from a height and the dangers associated it.

If you need an attorney who handles these type of cases, please call me.
