What to know if I am injured by Falling from Scaffolding

Many people who work at construction sites gets seriously injured when they fall off from a scaffold. Usually scaffolds are erected by workers on the job site and oftentimes it may not be the best type of scaffolding.

In the event they fall off from scaffolding, it’s irrelevant that they may have helped to erect the scaffold unless they did something that solely caused their accident. If they are not the sole reason for the accident, the libel law of the State of New York will protect that injured worker, and those are the types of cases that I often handle.
