Donald Drew Goldberg, Esq.
In my 46 years as a trial lawyer, there’s little I haven’t seen, including, most often, the terrible price families pay when someone they love has been seriously, often catastrophically injured in an accident. The grief, the pain and suffering, the way families can be torn apart with worry over how to pay for much-needed medical care or how to put food on the table while they’re out of work. It’s heart-breaking to watch, let alone live through..
We will fight to help you get your life back on track. That’s our mission. It’s what we do, understanding that it takes hard work, dedication and devotion to achieve that goal. There are no guarantees in life about anything, including the outcome of a lawsuit. That’s why picking the right lawyer to have at your side is so important. It’s also why I tell each of our clients when we first meet, that any lawyer who tells you your case is worth a million dollars the moment you walk through the door, is the first lawyer you should reject.
Areas of Practice:
We have decades of experience with all types of personal injury cases, from construction site accidents to slip and fall accidents; from airplane crashes to medical malpractice. Ours is a small, boutique law firm - intentionally so. By limiting the number of cases we accept, we get to know each of our clients extremely well. We give them the respect and attention they need and deserve. Trust us to look past the formalities - to speak plainly - to get to know you as a person and to fight to make you whole again. At Goldberg & Chase LLP we handle serious personal injury cases involving construction accident injury, medical malpractice, auto & truck accidents, slip and fall, and product liability cases.
