Most people think that Labor Law cases have do with employment or employment discrimination, but that is not the case. Labor Law cases typically relate to construction workers or contractors who become injured on the job.  Whether the injury is caused from a fall from a ladder or a scaffold, or it is any other work site related injury, Labor Law would be applied.
