What If I Am Hurt Due To A Fall?

Many people are hurt due to falls upon premises, or side-walks. The expression “a picture is worth a thousand words” is so true in those types of cases because nothing is better than being able to show a photograph of the condition usually a defective condition which caused the fall.

Also if possible, it’s important to have the incident reported whether it’s to the police, an ambulance if one is needed or whoever owns the property or premises where you fell. Another fact is that it’s important to prove in a premises case where someone falls is that the condition to cause the fall existed for a lengthy period of time or just long enough to show that the owner knew about the defective condition or if they inspected their property, they would have known about the defective condition. That is something called notice and it must be proven that the owner had noticed to be successful in a case where someone falls on one’s property.
